About

I hope to have the opportunity to share stories and meet some new and interesting like minded people.

I would love to hear about experiences that you may like to share as I will talk about some of mine.

I feel this is a fantastic way to meet like minded people and share and learn from each other.

My perspective about life is a spiritual one and I have a lot of ideas about why we are here, my purpose on the planet and whats out in the cosmos.  I have beliefs similar to Shirley MacLaine and maybe a little more 🙂

I feel that laughter and being light  is the way to live life if you want to get through this life with a healthy mind, body and spirit.

I am very creative and a bit of a gypsy.  I need to be interacting with people and doing something purposeful to satisfy me.

I love the challenge of creating a happy life through doing all the things I enjoy such as my art, photography, singing/toning, dancing/keeping fit, being in nature and meeting likeminded people.

I even enjoy the challenge of being in the business arena and becoming financially successful.

  1. Thank you for the invitation Jataia…beautiful words, beautiful pictures/painting of nature, beautiful thoughts.

I am resting easier today than in the past 15 years, clarity, peaceful purpose, vision through the past fog, progress very recently achieved that I never thought possible, staying true and aiming to love and be loved….staying on course through the storms. The past to be carried away with a gentle breeze.

Seeking happiness not too greedily and not being fearful of unhappiness.

  2. Thank you for such a beautiful response :).

I feel the key to life is live in your heart, live in awareness, be flexible to change, unexpected moments and challenges and to always be open to the magic of love in all its forms.
I feel nature teaches humans a lot if they are observant enough to see and appreciate the magic in it. I feel so many answers can be found in it by observing and becoming one with nature.
Happiness is a natural state which we all want yet is hindered often mostly by fear, ego, social conditioning, being in our heads and not our hearts.
One can temporarily disconnect to the love that always resides within us, for many reasons. All we have to do is reconnect to the heart space, feel, trust and be true to oneself. We are always responsible for our own happiness.
I ask the question, if we are in our hearts and a space of love where fear cannot reside, what choices would one make and how would one act on those choices?
Feel and act in a space of love and truth, visualise positive outcomes and be aware of intent.

    Processes I live by;
    Live in truth
Live in the heart and make choices from this space
Love all – be love – give love – receive love
Let go of ego (constant challenge)
    Do no harm

May love, light and peace be always with you, Jataia 🙂

  3. Thanks for your reply Jataia.

Wow, you have left me with a great question to ponder…”if we are in our hearts and a space of love where fear cannot reside, what choices would one make and how would one act on those choices?”.

I am interested by what you said about being aware of intent. Can you please elaborate a little further.

    Be well.

    • Everything we think, say and do has a reaction. When we consciously do these things with a specific intent it is even more powerful. As I may not always completely trust myself ie ego, I ask for the highest good for all.
      Peace

  4. The water rushes over me, its loud, my eyes are fleetingly closed, my arms outstretched and then out though the water and into the air, eyes open, the salty fresh air cools my face. I stand, feet embedded in the sea sand and I look around smiling in chest deep water. The white sandy beach is nearly empty, it stretches for miles. It is peaceful, I am feeling fresh, clean and calm. Yesterday, the day before, the year before, is washing from me as the sea water rolls down my body. I will be ok.

    • What a beautiful post 🙂 It sounds very empowering. The water is an amazing healer. It is very cleansing. Nature is truly wonderful, all we need to do is apppreciate it and experience it. Peace 🙂 J x
